Remove remembered devices

Open CastSound Settings, choose Trusted Devices, and remove one device or clear the list. This deletes the saved connection details held by the app on that device.

Remove local app data

You can clear CastSound storage in Android settings or uninstall CastSound on Android or iOS. Desktop settings and app files can be removed with the desktop uninstaller.

Diagnostic-data request

Sign in to your CastSound account to review or delete diagnostic information associated with your devices. You can also email xincamon@devculi.com with the device platform, approximate event time, and app version. Do not send pairing credentials.
